JOB DESCRIPTION: This role may suit an individual who are specialists in Data encryption – Symmetric key cryptography with large, high entropy keys High-speed Quantum Random Number Generators

• Key exchange and digital signatures – Quantum Resistant Algorithms (QRA)

NIST SP 800-171evaluating implementations for 2023 and beyond

• Crypto-agile Key Management – Enabler for transition

Flexible deployment of crypto algorithms – classical, QRA and hybrid

• Key distribution – Quantum Key Distribution (QKD)

Uses laws of physics to secure key distribution over an optical quantum channel

• Space-based relay of quantum keys critical to establishing global QKD networks.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR: 20yrs+ Deep expertise in quantum computing and quantum risk.

• Executive level experience in computer science
• Academic level training in computer science
• Hands on in computer science
• Proven experience in helping defending cyber attacks against all departmental networks. E.g (a) Department of Defense on first cyber command. (b) The joint task force for computer network defense.
• Executive level experience in implementing solutions in defense intelligence agencies.
• Executive level experience in harvest now and decrypt later attacks.

TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT & RELATIONSHIPS- Carry commercial deployment as a service to BULLISHER SYNDICATE MEMBERS. E.g A data interconnect link between two locations protected by QKD ” quantum key distribution “. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Advised the board on comprehensive assessment on how data is stored across the BULLISHER organization.
• Implement User identity and authorization management
• Identify most critical or valuable digital assets/capabilities, understand vulnerability to quantum attack, and assess potential repercussions of such attack

Conduct pilot programs integrating quantum capabilities into IT security infrastructure and applications.

• Develop quantum-safe transition roadmap for priority military systems and assets.
• Implement roadmap and deploy and operate hybrid infrastructure integrating quantum-safe crypto-agile products

Post Quantum Crypto Algorithms High entropy symmetric key crypto Quantum Key Distribution

• Establish/ fast track processes for advanced/ quantum-enabled technologies to achieve certifications necessary for procurement and deployment
• Increase quantum tech literacy by upskilling workforce. E.g implement a quantum safe technology as an additional layer of security to our existing ones.
• Amplify the security protection on harvest now and decrypt later attacks.

QUALIFICATIONS: Masters in computer science. PHD in quantum physics. INTERVIEW PROCESS:
