About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic-minded Head of Marketing Campaign Delivery to join our dynamic marketing team. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional to orchestrate impactful campaigns, drive ROI, manage stakeholder relationships, and elevate our brand presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping our overarching Marketing Communications strategy, developing, executing, and overseeing comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation & nurturing, and client engagement. With deep digital marketing experience and a resolute focus on ROI the candidate will play a pivotal role on the senior leadership team.

In this role you will spearhead innovative marketing campaigns, influence strategic decisions, and drive impactful initiatives that shape our company’s success. This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise, lead a talented team, and make a significant impact.

Responsibilities :

• Campaign Strategy & Planning – Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that are aligned with company objectives.
• Team Management – To lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
• Agency Relationship Management – Identify, onboard and manage relationships with external marketing agencies.
• Content Development & Optimization – To oversee the creations of compelling and impactful content across multiple mediums and to monitor performance for maximum engagement.
• Campaign Performance Analysis – Utilize data driven results and analytics tools to measure campaign performance, track key metrics and generate reports.
• Budget Management – Manage the marketing budget effectively by strategically allocating resources across all campaigns and initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Influence – Effectively engage and influence internal stakeholders including Sales, Product and Executive teams.
• MQL Ownership – Take ownership of the MQL process, overseeing the qualification, tracking and conversion of Marketing Qualified Leads.
• Lead Nurturing – Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies, ensure effective communication throughout the customer journey.
• Telemarketing – Fully utilize Telemarketing channels to nurture and convert leads aligning efforts with the sales team.
• Data Analysis & Reporting – Utilize analytics tools to generate insightful reports on campaign performance, audience behaviour and market trends. Use data driven insights to drive future strategies.

To be successful in the role, you will have :

• Strategic thinker with expertise in developing and executing successful digital and telemarketing strategies that drive business growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record (10+ years) in senior-level digital marketing roles with expertise in telemarketing, lead nurturing, MQL ownership, strategic leadership, ROI maximization, and stakeholder management.
• Strategic thinker with expertise in developing and executing successful digital, telemarketing, lead nurturing, and MQL strategies that drive business growth.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams to achieve ambitious goals.
• Experience in effectively engaging and influencing multiple internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
• Experience in managing and optimizing telemarketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and a strong analytical mindset to drive performance improvements.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a complex matrix environment and adapt to evolving market trends and technologies.
