Construction Partner

This highly regarded Legal 100 firm is seeking a Senior Construction Lawyer to join it in its London office.

The team:

Act for developers, purchasers, investors, landlords, tenants, funders and professional consultants across the private, public and charitable sectors on major construction projects including infrastructure, housing, office, industrial and retail developments.

The role:

You will be handling a range of complex, high value construction disputes from initial discussions on the merits of a claim though to resolution. The work will involve claims over standard and bespoke contracts, professional negligence, defects, delays and related loss and expense.

About you:

As an experienced contentious construction lawyer you will be well versed in dealing with these types of dispute whether it be though litigation or ADR. You will also be used to managing junior staff members and leading client facing activities. You may very well be a partner already, or a Legal Director or Senior Associate looking to step up to a partner role.
