My client is currently looking for an IT Technician to support the IT Support Manager in managing and maintaining the internal hardware, software, and infrastructure systems within the business. You will be providing both 1st and 2nd line support for the business and work with third-party providers.
Responsibilities:
Provide 1st and 2nd Line support
Support IT systems and infrastructure
Maintain IT Systems documentation
Creating user accounts and profiles
Prepare computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
Manage the Asset Management system
Support the roll-out of new applications
Key skills:
3 years’ experience in an IT environment
Office 365
Azure
Active Directory
Intune
Veeam
VMWare/Hyper-V
Networking
Desirable:
Mitel Telephony
Understanding of cyber security and security products
