Technical Success Manager £50,000 – £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience + Benefits London /Hybrid-working

The Role

auticon, an award-winning social enterprise, is looking for a highly motivated Technical Success Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring the technical success of our projects, fostering strong client relationships, and supporting the professional growth of our IT consultants. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with existing client project teams.
• Oversee consultant engagements, ensuring their success and client satisfaction.
• Actively pursue contract renewals and identify expansion opportunities with existing clients.
• Determine and optimally allocate resourcing requirements for consulting opportunities.
• Conduct regular client reviews to define and confirm success parameters.
• Engage in regular discussions with consultants, focusing on project objectives and career development.
• Oversee team performance and tailor individual professional development plans.
• Serve as the primary contact for technical queries and issue resolution.
• Understand and support the development of each consultant s strengths and weaknesses.
• Collaborate with job coaches to enhance consultant job satisfaction and performance.
• Document client feedback and maintain detailed consultant profiles and engagement records.

The Person

• Proven experience in IT, including software development, data science, cyber security, and familiarity with Python, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
• Experience in technical account management or client service roles, particularly with enterprise-level engagements.
• Adaptability and proficiency in working in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable to various styles as needed.
• Motivation to combine business success with positive social impact.
• Desirable: Experience in training/education programmes, Microsoft s Power Platform, and working with autistic individuals.
