Key Responsibilities as Head of Accounting:

Leadership:

• Oversee a dedicated team of 6-8 managers across Accounts, Payroll, and Tax functions.
• Shape the strategic planning, capacity forecasting, and deployment of internal resources for enhanced efficiency.

Performance Optimization:

• Take responsibility for performance optimization and organizational design across the broader accountancy function.
• Lead training, development, and recruitment efforts for your team of managers.

Client-Centric Approach:

• Assume overall responsibility for optimizing the client experience, ensuring unparalleled service and satisfaction.

Strategic Leadership:

• Manage your own Profit and Loss (P+L), showcasing your financial acumen and accountability.
• Report directly to the CEO, playing a key role in shaping organizational strategies.

Boardroom Presence:

• Attend and present at board meetings, contributing insights and influencing key decisions.
