Because of this, they’re seeking a Service Desk Team Leader to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will need second-line engineering skills to succeed in this role. Responsibilities:

• Management of the service desk, including managing ticket queues, onsite support visits, and liaising with 3rd party service providers
• Manage escalations and urgent issues, onsite, phone, and email
• Continuously provide good customer service for all support queries
• Mentor 1st line support team members
• Provide the senior management team with growth and improvement support

Skills/ Experience:

• Strong 2nd line support experience, preferably within a managed IT services organisation
• Ambitious, with the drive to make a positive impact
• A passion for customer service
• A keen eye for detail
• Skills covering Microsoft 365, Azure, Network Management, and Cyber Security
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Good communication skills
