Your technical expertise and dedication to delivering quality support will ensure our customers consistently receive the highest level of service.Main Tasks: Perform planned preventative maintenance and repairs on a diverse range of medical devices. Ensure completion of service reports in strict compliance with our Quality Management System. Collaborate with various departments to coordinate scheduled visits and repairs. Uphold quality systems to align with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 standards. Utilize Trust Database Systems for efficient asset management. Identify and drive process improvements to elevate the standard of customer service. Foster honest and robust working relationships with our clients customer to ensure contract success. Enhance the company’s profile and expand my clients multivendor business. Adhere diligently to ISO9001:2015 and ISO13485:2016 quality systems, MHRA guidelines, and OEM Protocols. Consistently comply with all company policies and procedures. Provide valuable customer service support to the Team Leader.Key Skills: Ideally, possess a minimum of HNC/HND in Electronics/Microprocessors/Electrical Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 2 years experience in Biomedical Engineering. Demonstrate hands-on experience as a Biomedical Engineer, with a focus on community-based medical devices. Have experience of working within a hospital setting in the UK. Exhibit a strong understanding of and adherence to regulatory requirements, including MHRA, Health and Safety, and Quality. Showcase proficiency in IT systems for asset management and work reporting. Exhibit a steadfast commitment to continuous personal development. Capable of working effectively within a competitive team environment while delivering strong individual performance. Strong problem-solving abilities.
