An opportunity to join a close knit IT Managed Services team as a Field IT Engineer has arisen due to company growth. If you are based in the Manchester area and have great customer service skills with an IT Support background then this could be a great opportunity for you.
As a Field IT Engineer you will travel to two sites per day across the Manchester area assisting with all IT Support incidents. It is vital that you have a great understanding of O365, AD, Cyber Security principles and general hardward and software troubleshooting. Networking experience will also be an advantage.
The candidate will have the following:
A Full UK Driving Licence and your own vehicle
Experience working in the Education sector in a IT Support role
Great people skills and must be approachable
Hardworking and organised
Excellent timekeeping skills
Working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30.
