As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineer working a with a global digital technology you will support the planning, design,development,anddeploymentofcentralizedIAMsolutionsfortheorganization. As an IAM systems engineer you will supportthe planning,architecture, anddeliveryof theenterprise-levelPrivilegedAccessManagementprogram.

The global digital technology team managestheentire IT businesslandscapefromresearchanddevelopmentthroughprocurement,supplychain, manufacturing,HRandfinance capabilities, ProjectManagement,ApplicationMaintenanceandSupport,InfrastructureManagement,CyberSecurity,andarangeofenablementfunctionsforITincludingBudgeting,Finance,VendorManagementand Governance.

The company are embarking on an ambitious transformation programme which willseethedeploymentofmanyinnovativetechnologiescoveringeverythingfromSAPS4/HANA,SoftwareDefinedNetworking,CloudComputing,AzureAnalytics,ServiceNow andmanyother leadingITsolutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert knowledge and act as a subject matter expert on key principles of (IAM) with an in-depthknowledge in the areas of authentication and authorization systems, identity lifecycle management, andidentity governance.
• Working with stakeholders within the business to understand business and technical requirements,define the scope and approach to Identity-related controls and technical implementations (includingundertaking appropriate research), and deliver technical solutions and designs, including alignment to ourriskframework.
• Buildthe IAMstrategy,andensureitsimplementationisasuccessacrossthebusiness
• Generate solutions and policies in support of the Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Governanceforthecompany andconsumers.
• Provide support for policies, baselines, and operational procedures around PAM.
• Design and implement IAM solutions that ensure appropriate controls and tools are selected and then putintooperation.
• Workwithapplicationowners tointegrateapplicationsecurity andapplicationroleswithPAM.

Qualifications / Experience

• Demonstratable experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management(PAM) experience, includingdelivery experience
• In-depthunderstandingofmodernauthenticationsolutionsusingSAML/OAuth/OIDC
• Experience of design and delivery related to an Identity Provider, e.g., Active Directory, Azure ActiveDirectory,SailPointIdentityNow.
• Understandingofriskmanagement,includingquantificationandremediation
• Technicalproficiencyinidentityprotocols(SAML,OIDC,LDAP,Kerberos,FIDO2,WebAuthN)
• Apassionforimprovingprocessesthroughscriptingorautomation, stayup-to-dateoncurrentIAMthreats

Desirable

• CertifiedIdentityManagementProfessional(CIMP)
• CertifiedIdentityandAccessManager(CIAM)
• CertifiedIdentityandSecurityTechnologist(CIST)
• NISTexperience aplus
• Familiarity with risk management and understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g.,ISO/SOC/NIST)
