We’re seeking an experienced Senior Engineer specialising in Integrated Control & Safety Systems (ICSS), ideally based in Aberdeen, with expertise in INFI/S+ solutions for the Oil & Gas industry. This role focuses on managing ICSS project deliverables, requiring strong knowledge in design, configuration, testing, and commissioning, alongside leadership and technical skills.

Description

Key Responsiblities:

• ? – Execute high-level ICSS & Application Engineering deliverables.
• – Work on national & international Oil & Gas projects.
• – Provide technical solutions for clients.
• – Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Engineering teams.
• – Train and mentor new team members.
• ? – Interact with clients to understand their needs.
• – Perform quality control on budget, schedule, and deliverables.
• – Review and action engineering deliverables.
• ? – Ensure compliance with QA/QC policies and cybersecurity requirements.
• ? – Assist in technical sales presentations.
• – Produce engineering estimates for bids.

Profile

The Ideal Candidate:

• – Degree in Engineering, ideally progressing towards Chartered Engineer status or HNC/HND with significant experience.
• – Up to 5 years’ (or 10 years’ for HNC/HND) experience in ICSS roles, especially in the Oil & Gas industry.
• – Strong knowledge in design, configuration, testing, and commissioning of ICSS applications.
• ? – Ability to work on multi-discipline projects and collaborate effectively.
• ? – Demonstrated leadership skills and decision-making ability.
• – Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• – Good understanding of Networks, IT/OT Systems, and Cyber Security requirements.
• – Hands-on experience with ABB INFI and S+ solutions, DCS/PCS, ESD, F&G systems (preferred)
• ? – Right to Work (RtW) in the UK.
• – Ideally located in or around Aberdeen.
