As many markets develop there is a need to grow our team as new business opportunities within Cyber Security, Retail, SAP and more specifically Renewable Energy companies grow, this is where you come in.

The Business Development Consultant is responsible for new business opportunities within both permanent and contract sectors both UK, Ireland and Overseas.

Experience in any business development environment is essential and any recruitment or recruitment related experience would be hugely beneficial.

Your Responsibilities will include.

• Have a good work ethic as quite simply what you put in will reflect what you achieve.
• The ability to self-motivate with the desire to become successful proving resilience and passion for the role.
• Be competitive and target driven.
• Think strategically, analytically and be adaptable to succeed with your target client contacts.
• A proven track record in identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services.
• Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities.
• Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients
• Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends.
• Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them
• Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning.
• Collaborating with sales teams to ensure that their requirements are met

Qualifications & Experience

• Educated to GCSE/A level/ Degree.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of Business Development experience.
• To be proficient within a sales and/or a recruitment environment.
• The ability to work well within a team and ability to share knowledge and understanding of the
• Sensitivity and understanding.
• The ability to work on your own.
• Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
