You will be involved in supporting 2200+ users, 1200 devices, servers, and networking infrastructure (firewalls) within the school’s environment.The Network Manager will work alongside the Head of IT, determining the most cost-effective use of the budget and technical resources.The successful Network Manager should possess the following attributes:- Technical knowledge across: Office 365, Google Classroom, VMware or Hyper-V, Windows Server , PowerShell, RAID Configuration, Security Policies, Firewalls, and Anti-Virus.- Understanding of Data Protection and Cyber Security.- In-depth knowledge and application of IT infrastructure, security, and compliance standards within an education setting.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.The successful Network Manager will have the opportunity to shape the future of technology within the school alongside the Head of IT.This Network Manager opening would suit someone coming from a Network Management background, a Senior ICT Technician with mentoring/leadership qualities, or an Assistant Network Manager looking for their next step up!In addition to a competitive salary, the school also offers a supportive and collaborative work environment, along with opportunities for professional development.Key skills: Network Manager, Office 365, Google Classroom, Google Workspace, Windows Server, Hyper-V / VMware, Cyber Security AwarenessDue to the high volume of responses received, we regret that we may not be able to respond to every application.
