We are at early stage of HR system transformation project. For this project an Onshore Integration Architect is required, who will help design and create Integration principles and framework for existing and new integrations. Also be involved at implementation stage to make sure the principle is adhered and give guidance and resolve issues coming.
There is no requirement for experience in a particular integration technology but should have strong experience in designing and implementing integrating solutions for multitude of applications.
Essential:
Strong experience in Integration platforms such as Mulesoft and enterprise integration patterns. Good knowledge and experience of LoB software applications and platforms in Commercial and Operational areas of the business, i.e. ServiceNow, HCM Salesforce, SAP, etc. applications landscapes. Hands-on experience in designing and delivering APIs. Working knowledge of Business Analysis, Programme Management and Cybersecurity practices. Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation. Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to understand the long-term (“big picture”) and short-term perspectives and contexts. Ability to define multiple solution options to business problems. Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies.
Desirable:
Technical understanding of Network Integration (e.g., VPNs). Experience to the Release Management and CI/CD process. Proven project governance and leadership experiences.
