DV or SC Cleared Infrastructure Project Manager – Farnborough – minimum 3 days a week onsite – 65,000 -75, 000 base plus bonus, pension, healthcare and free parking

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team whose expertise includes secure-by-design, cloud computing and services, advanced network, platform and infrastructure design, rapid application development, cross-security domain systems, multi-source data platforms, cyber vulnerability mitigation and intelligence systems If you are SC cleared and a sole UK national you will get the opportunity to obtain DV level clearance.

As the Infrastructre Project Manager, you will

• Deliver technical IT projects to time, cost and quality.
• Develop your employer’s position as a leading IT innovator in the Defence and Security sector.
• Provide proactive, strong leadership in a technically complex environment involving a wide range of stakeholders.
• Meet customers’ needs from the outset and ongoing through continuous engagement
• Ensure projects are are planned comprehensively, realistically and are resourced appropriately
• Deliver projects responsively, flexibly and efficiently
• Contribute to strategy in the areas of winning business to ensure that the company achieves its short and long-term objectives.
• Maintain focus on proofs of concepts and demonstrators whilst ensuring all work is ‘Secure by Design’
• Maintain and develop professional and technical knowledge.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with directors, colleagues, contract associates, suppliers and clients.
• Lead and maintain robust project governance, including forecasting.
• Ensure fair and equal treatment of all our people.
• Assist with recruitment and selection.

Knowledge skills and experience required of the Infrastructure Project Manager

• Significant industry experience, including MOD secure environments.
• Analytical skills to evaluate data and performance metrics.
• Ability to operate at pace.
• Experience in the selection and adoption of a project methodology to deliver projects.
• Excellent inter-personal and negotiating skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Excellent decision-making skills.
