1st Line Support Engineer£25,000 – £27,000Cambridge (Onsite)I am working with a leading education trust based in the centre of Cambridge. They are looking for a 1st line support engineer to join their established team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a Technology related subject or a minimum of 1 year experience within an IT related role. Furthermore, if you are looking to learn and develop whilst on the job this would the ideal opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual. Responsibilities
First port of call for any IT related incidents
Assist pupils and staff with connectivity issues.
Resolve both basic hardware and software related issues.
Knowledge of Office 365 and Google Workspace
Manage user accounts with back-ups and password resets.
Key Skills
Knowledge of Windows, OSX & iOS clients
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
Knowledge of cyber security product configuration for client devices
Good troubleshooting and fault-finding skills (networks, hardware, OS and applications)
Knowledge of IP wired and wireless networks.
