The Role –

• Working with our team of established Consultants, you will join a warm-desk environment with established, recognised Client Accounts and help drive the growth and business development. It is a great opportunity to develop your inter-personal, relationship building and customer service skills with a gradual yet specific route into sales.
• You will be known as a ‘180 Recruitment Consultant’ which means dealing with candidates over the phone, email and in person, screening them through their skills and experiences and ensuring they are a strong fit for live vacancies we currently have available
• You will receive training development on a daily basis from highly experienced colleagues who will help you become a 360 recruiter and develop your career
• You will use various methods and platforms to engage with the best Talent the market has to offer and help align their career goals with the relevant opportunities
• As this is currently a small but growing team this opportunity will be an integral and pivotal part of the goals, targets & vision we have created as a business
