This varied and interesting role involves supporting Microsoft environments for a multitude of clients within a wide range of industries including solicitors, land developers, couriers, manufacturers and many more.

About the Role

• Handle tasks related to installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows 10/11 OS on laptops and desktops.
• Perform server OS administration.
• Work with RDS, Citrix, and Hyper-V.
• Provide support for smartphones (Android & iOS), tablets (Android & iOS), printers, scanners, copiers, and other hardware.
• Administer Office365, including user account creations, Azure AD, Exchange, etc.
• Manage Microsoft products such as Office, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and MFA.
• Handle backup technologies and antivirus/security products.
• Perform cable patching and work with remote access tools.
• Utilise ITSM tools for efficient service delivery.

About You

We are looking for a positive and happy individual who can complement and add value to their already strong and dynamic technical team.

Additionally, the ideal 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer will:

• Have at least 6 years of IT experience.
• Possess strong technical skills, capable and confident in managing the tasks outlined above.
• Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Have a passion for their craft and a commitment to delivering a high-quality client-focused service.

Someone who s previously worked within an MSP or multi-site environment would be greatly beneficial.
