Lead the development and execution of programme budgets and financial forecasts.

Proven track record of building and developing platform and product aligned teams
Build and lead high-performing teams of technical specialists, developers, and project managers.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Experience of utilising Jira, Azure DevOps or similar technologies to manage technology delivery work
Develop and implement programme planning at different levels of detail from sponsor plan on a page to task level planning.
Develop and implement programme governance frameworks including development of appropriate delivery cadence and ceremonies.
Build and lead high-performing teams of technical specialists, developers, and project managers.

The role holder:
Lead the development and execution of programme budgets and financial forecasts.
Build and lead high-performing teams of technical specialists, developers, and project managers to deliver the required outcomes of the platform / product team.
Lead the development of platform and product delivery plans at required levels of detail for different audiences
Lead the development and execution of platform / product delivery governance including standard cadence meetings, risk and issue management, and stakeholder engagement and escalation where required.

Qualifications:
Prince2 or similar programme management qualifications or demonstrable experience
SAFe or similar agile delivery qualifications or demonstrable experience
