Hays Technology are working in partnership with a well-known public-sector organisation to recruit a Cyber Security Manager on a permanent basis.
Key responsibilities:
Review & test the current Cyber Security Incident Response Plan and Security framework.
Develop training, support and guidance strategy for dispersed users.
Act as lead on all governance matters, e.g. audit, governance committees, forums e.g. IGSG.
Act as mentor for Security Analyst (direct report).
Implement accreditations in cyber area where appropriate.
Act as interface/primary contact with the 24/7 third party Security Operations Centre (SOC).
In order to apply, you must have the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in a Lead Cyber Security role and managing technical staff.
Knowledge of Cyber Security best practices.
Experience with Cloud based security operations and incident response.
Knowledge of Network technologies.
CISSP/CCSP/CISM qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience.
