This new role is to maintain and monitor our infrastructure to ensure systems and processes are configured in line with best practice.

The successful candidate will be key in defending Weetabix against threats, vulnerabilities, and risks.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Ensure security alerts and incidents are investigated and escalated in line with our processes.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve security incidents and the misuse of IT Systems, Services, Applications and Data.
• Participate in technical reviews and change management processes
• Review detailed analysis of vulnerability scans and identify, prioritise, and develop solutions to mitigate security vulnerabilities.
• Identify and implement security measures and recommend improvements continually.
• Resolve findings from penetration tests and cyber maturity assessments.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Must have:

• Experience of implementing with Microsoft 365, Defender, Sentinel & Azure, ensuring best practice is followed.
• Previous experience using System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) is essential.
• Display a good understanding of various tools and platforms such as – Vulnerability Management (Nessus), Cloud Protection Suites, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to reduce complex issues and ideas to simple terms and share these to non-technical audiences.

Preferred:

• Experience of cybersecurity standards and frameworks e.g., NIST, ISO27001, NIS 2
• Operational technology security experience
