AccuBio Ltd. (manufacturers of In vitro Medical Devices) are currently recruiting for a Sales Order Processor.
Sales Order Processor –Job Purpose:
To coordinate the fulfilment of customer orders through accurate and timely processing, liaison with other departments to customers specifications and standards, and for expeditious despatch of sales orders, raw materials and equipment.
Manage customer transactions and provide support in a wide range of commercial activities to drive business growth
Sales Order Processor – Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
the ideal candidate will be flexible and enjoy working efficiently on a variety of responsibilities to support our customers.
• Experience in an office-based administration role• Regular/competent user of MS 365 (outlook, word, excel, teams)• Purchase order transactions and invoicing• Customer service focused• Flexible
Sales Order Processor –Main Responsibilities:
• Processing customer orders from order entry to shipping using ERP system Netsuite• Maintaining excellent relationships with our Global customers and logistics service providers.• Liaising with other departments and sister companies to ensure orders are delivered on time and to the customers specifications.• Calculating freight charges for quotations and orders• Booking of export consignments with our house and customer appointed forwarders and couriers.• Answering the phone and monitoring shared inboxes – customer enquiries, orders and ensuring technical enquiries and customer complaints are directed to the appropriate department• Carry out all duties and responsibilities to the company standard within the timescales required.• Maintain compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures.• Maintain compliance with QMS policies and procedures.• Maintain compliance with GDPR and Cyber Security policies and procedures.• Perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as required.
