Enterprise Network Architect – 6 months – Uxbridge

We’re currently representing a leading IT Solutions Provider who are looking to recruit a Enterprise Network Architect for an initial 6-month contract.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with both the DC and cloud teams to develop customized technical solution service roadmaps based on customer requirements.
• Contribute to shaping the technical strategy within specific domains, ensuring process integrity, operational efficiency, and desired outcomes.
• Showcase strong analytical and communication skills, alongside sound judgment, fostering effective collaboration with Infrastructure Architects, Network Security Architects, Technology Architects, and Executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrate expertise in articulating solutions tailored to business needs, with meticulous attention to detail across both business and technical realms.
• Possess experience in demanding environments emphasizing performance, scalability, high availability, and security.

Skills/Must have:

• Proficient in designing, configuring, and implementing services, particularly skilled in guiding technical and architectural discussions for Data Centre hosting and migration.
• Strong background in networking, SaaS, and security required, with a deep understanding of IPSEC, GRE, HTTP/HTTPS, and DNS protocols.
• Proficiency in Fortigate Firewall and other Firewall technologies, along with experience in hybrid cloud integration.
• Essential expertise in Proxy and SSL.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies, protocols, and applications necessary.
• Versatility in using various operating systems, including Windows, Mac, and GNU/Linux.

• Duration: 6 months
• Location: Uxbridge
• Determination: Inside IR35
• Day Rate: £500 Per Day – £550 Per Day
