NPL is hiring for apermanent Senior Salesforce Administrator/Developer(Technical Specialist). The focus for this role isto lead on the design, development, and support of the platform.You’ll be joining the Enterprise Systemsteam.

Salesforce is becominga crucial business tool within NPL and we require a Snr SalesforceAdministrator/Developer (TechnicalSpecialist) to support the adoption within the business. The personwill be required to collaborate with key stakeholders in theorganisation, including Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, business analysts , project managers andend-users to gather and analyse their business needs andrequirements, and to consequently drive the development of theSalesforce platform in response to those needs to meet strategicobjectives.

Thisrole will be looked upon to execute and lead on technicalimplementations and integrations, ensuring best practices are beingfollowed.

Implementing security by design within the system will beparamount, working alongside our Information and Cyber Securityteams.

You must be adept atusing Salesforce APIs to build seamless connections that enabledata flow and functionality across platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for identifying, designing, developing, andimplementing solutions and processes to meet the stakeholders’business needs.
• Support continuous improvement and identify opportunitiesto bring about increased efficiencies and value.
• Build strong,collaborative customer and stakeholder relationships that willenhance NPL’s ability to deliver its mission, its reputation andremain sustainable.
• Collaborate with NPL colleagues to ensure governance forData and Processes are in-line with Cyber Security and GDPRrequirements.
• Administration of the platform
• Customising and configuring Salesforce, includingcreating custom objects, fields, workflows, triggers, andvalidation rules.
• Identifying, developing, and implementing the requiredintegrations between Salesforce and othersystems.
• Performing unit testing, integration testing, and managinguser acceptance testing to ensure the quality ofdeliverables.
• Providing continuous technical support and troubleshooting
• Staying up to date onSalesforce best practices, industry trends, and new features tocontinuously improve the solutions.
• Setting up and managing Processes Automation’swith Workflow, Process Builder, and Flow as well as Security andSharing Rules.
• Manage the periodic platform updates, keeping the businessinformed of new features and bug fixes.
