An fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Infrastructure Analyst with broad infrastructure skills encompassing VMWare, Windows Server OS, Active Directory, managing services in M365 including Exchange Online and Azure, SQL Server, PowerShell Scripting, SAN Storage, Minecast administration, Firewalls (ideally Palo Alto) and networking and security concepts. Previous law firm experience is preferred so you have experience of document management systems such as iManage Cloud and can hit the ground running.
Joining a small Infrastructure team in a progressive mid tier law firm, your role will cover all aspects of infrastructure so you will need to be an adaptable, user facing, keen to get involved in all aspects, type of team player.
With this personality and technical skill set, your role will include:
Maintaining and supporting the IT Infrastructure including network and cloud services
Implementing, supporting and managing services in Microsoft 365 and Azure
Ensuring systems are secure and comply with the firm’s cyber security policies
Building and managing server technology
Providing 3rd line support and helping to upskill the desktop team
Troubleshooting complex infrastructure problems and critical outages
Taking the lead on technical projects
