Our Client is looking for an IT Sales Executive – Lead Generator to boost their current team.
At present, they are looking for someone who has excellent telephone skills and has a desire to develop into more of a BD role in the future.
The role at present will be making outbound Sales calls to their sourced data, with the view of opening opportunities either to close yourself or to pass to one of their BD Managers where a service needs more scoping. Actual workings will be developed with the BD team as the Leads come in.
Based at their Portsmouth Office, hours 8.30am 5pm Mon Fri.
Ideally you will have a strong knowledge of Computer / IT Sales, Commitment to detail in their CRM will also be mandatory although full product & development training will be given.
Skill / Attribute Requirements
• Excellent communication skills (both Verbal and Written)
• Experience with cold calling
• Experience with research and CRM maintenance
• Proficient use of MS Office including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
• A strong professional demeanour that garners confidence from clients
• Self-motivated and ambitious for personal and career growth
• Knowledge of IT Services or Products such as Microsoft 365, Backup and Disaster Recovery, Telephony (VoIP and Mobile), Networking, Cyber Security or other industry specific systems would be an advantage.
