Salary: £60,000 – £70,000

Location: Nottingham / Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach Agile teams to achieve higher levels of Scrum maturity at a sustainable pace.
• Support and educate Product Owners on backlog grooming and maintenance.
• Provide guidance to teams on self-organization and filling gaps in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Promote Agile/Scrum practices and values across the organization.
• Remove impediments or guide teams in finding the right resources to do so.
• Enhance transparency and communication within and outside the team.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of five years experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams.
• Strong knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and empowerment.
• Exposure to various Agile methods and techniques such as XP, Kanban, SAFe, LESS, Agile Games, and Retro formats.
