Salary: £50,000/£60,000 + Benefits

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and projects teams, developing new solutions, improving processes, and assisting with internal and client-facing systems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to develop and implement new processes and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
. Sales Support: Provide technical support to the sales team by answering questions, recommending solutions, designing systems, estimating time scales, and assisting with pricing and processes.
. New Business Support: Assist the team with queries related to new business opportunities and solutions. Support the onboarding process for more complex environments, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients.
. Project Delivery: Take responsibility for delivering complex projects. Provide support to the projects team as needed, including assisting with (paid) weekend work when required.
. Support Team Assistance: Serve as an escalation point for more complex technical issues within the support team, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
. New Solutions Development: Collaborate on the development of new business solutions, focusing on areas such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure & Cyber Security. Assist colleagues with new internal solution-related development.
. Process Improvement: Work on enhancing existing deployment solutions and internal processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the business.
. Data Frameworks: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of data frameworks, including Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO27001 & ISO9001.
. Internal Support: Provide support for internal systems as required, ensuring that all systems operate smoothly and efficiently.

Desired Certifications:
. Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
. Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
. MCSA: Windows Server
. Microsoft® Certified Solutions Associate: Office 365
. CompTIA Network+

Desired Skills and Experience:
. Proven experience in a technical support or project delivery role within an IT environment.
. Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Office 365, and Windows Server.
. Experience in developing and implementing IT solutions and processes.
. Familiarity with data frameworks and security standards, such as Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO27001.
. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical issues.
. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
