Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of People for the EMEA & APJ regions to lead our People initiatives and support our rapid growth. This role will be pivotal in shaping and executing our people strategy across diverse geographies, ensuring alignment with our global business objectives. The role is a super hands-on role, where you’ll be in the driving seat, as well as changing tyres & re-fuelling whilst it’s moving!

What you will do:

1. Develop and execute the People strategy aligned with Armis’s business goals and values, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity.
2. Champion employee engagement and satisfaction through effective programs and initiatives, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
3. Implement performance management frameworks and processes to drive high performance and professional growth.
4. Partner with leaders to identify training needs and develop comprehensive programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities.
5. Oversee all People operations, including compensation and benefits, compliance, HRIS management, and employee relations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with regional requirements.
6. Lead organizational change initiatives and manage transitions effectively to support business growth and transformation.
7. Uphold our core values and culture across EMEA & APJ, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
8. Mentor and develop People team members, fostering a high-performing and collaborative People function.

What we expect:

1. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a global technology or cybersecurity company, with extensive knowledge of People practices across EMEA & APJ regions.
2. Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable People initiatives.
3. Start-up / Scale-up experience crucial.
4. Exceptional leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
5. Proven track record of driving organizational change and managing complex People projects.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
