On behalf of our client, we are seeking a technically skilled Cyber Security Partner to join their dynamic team. This role is critical in embedding security practices within the software development lifecycle, working closely with developers and engineers. You will collaborate directly with engineering and product teams to ensure that security is a fundamental part of their projects, particularly in online products and customer loyalty initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Collaboration: Work hands-on with developers and engineers to integrate security practices from the initial design phase through to deployment.
• Application Security Expertise: Provide in-depth guidance on application security, ensuring that the development teams implement best practices and robust security controls.
• Security Architecture: Lead secure design reviews and threat modelling sessions, contributing to architectural decisions that prioritize security.
• Risk Communication: Translate complex technical security issues into clear, actionable business risks for non-technical stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with various stakeholders, including senior management, to advocate for security priorities and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Technical Advocacy: Use your technical expertise to influence and champion security best practices across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications & Relevant Experience:

• Strong technical background in application security and security architecture.
• Hands-on experience working with development teams in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to influence and advocate for security measures.
