We are delighted to be working with this London based professional services company. They are recruiting for a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join their growing team on a full time, permanent basis with options of hybrid working.
Key responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining the IT systems
Providing 1st line support for IT issues
Microsoft and Mac OS system administration
Assisting with the deployment of computers and peripherals
Undertake and be involved in IT projects
Being the first point of contact for technical issues
The successful candidate will have:
Experience in similar role (1+ years)
Proficient in Active Directory, O365 and computer hardware
Understanding of network infrastructure, cloud technologies and cyber security
Excellent troubleshooting abilities
Strong communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
