We are currently recruiting for a 2nd Line Engineer at one of our top clients in Southampton.
This role will provide unmatched progression and challenging opportunities to keep you on your feet and growing as an IT Professional. They will also pay for certifications and provide a lot of inhouse training from highly specialised Project & Solution Engineers to further your ability.
Starting of you will be working on the 2nd Line and from there will have multiple options of where you’d like to grow, be it Projects, Cybers Security, and infrastructure engineering.
Key Skills:
MSP Experience
Great Communication Skills
Strong Troubleshooting Ability
Knowledge and Understanding of Ticketing Systems
Experience Working with O365 & Azure
Basic Experience of Firewalls & Switching
Experience with Virtualisation Tech such as Hyper-V or VMware
