3rd Line Senior Infrastructure Engineer / IT Manager

Radius is seeking a Senior 3rd Line infrastructure support Engineer to act as the IT Manager for my clients entire infrastructure. The role will be 80% BAU and 20% Small Project based. 30 user base.

Full IT service management (BAU user support, service desk, infrastructure and network management, continual service improvement, cybersecurity and IT strategy, and third-party service consultation)

• Maintaining a secure, fit-for-use and fit-for-purpose IT estate across all entities, addressing any known or potential vulnerabilities and breaches, backup and retention strategies, mobile device management, cyber security best practices.
• Maintain and integrate third party software including Microsoft 365, grant making, HR and finance packages.
• Peer with wider group IT representatives to ensure industry best practices, and agreed quality of service is delivered.
• Maintaining a secure, fit-for-use and fit-for-purpose IT estate across all entities, addressing any known or potential vulnerabilities and breaches, backup and retention strategies, mobile device management, cyber security best practices.

Must have the following experience:

Azure AD / EntraID

M365 / Sharepoint / Teams / Backups / Storage

Wifi access points, Network switches / Firewalls

80% windows 20% Mac & iOS

Microsoft Intune (Windows, MacOS and iOS)

Microsoft Autopilot (Windows)

Remote support tools

1st – 3rd line support remote and on-site

Service desk
