Your new roleAs a 3rd Line Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability, security, and optimal performance of their IT systems. You will be the go-to technical expert, providing guidance and resolution for complex IT issues and acting as a crucial escalation point for their support teams. This is a challenging and rewarding position that will allow you to showcase your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll need to succeed

• Proven experience delivering IT support at a 2nd/3rd line level, demonstrating a strong technical background and a deep understanding of various IT systems and technologies.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with systems such as Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD, Windows Server, Virtualisation, SAN, enterprise backup, software deployment, patch management, DNS, routing, VPNs, and IT security.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining accurate technical documentation.
• In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
