Business Analystup to £45k

They are an award-winning company working in the legal sector. HQ’d in Liverpool they are incredibly people focussed, offering both remote and flexi working. If you need to pick the kids up or have other things on that day, you can have your work day tailored to you.

They have undertaken ambitious and exciting projects which include the migration of their entire infrastructure into the cloud, upgrading their finance systems and replacing their HR systems entirely. They are also working on several cyber security projects.

The future is looking equally exciting and incredibly stable with a portfolio of around 25 projects in the pipeline.

We’re looking for a mix of the following:

• Lean Six Sigma knowledge
• Extensive experience in business analysis methods, encompassing thorough documentation, analysis, and investigation skills.
• Capable of handling the most intricate projects at Hill Dickinson, either as the sole Business Analyst or leading the Business Analyst team.
• Skilled in leading teams of Business Analysts to enhance project processes, documentation, and mentor team members.
• Demonstrated experience in gathering requirements, conducting workshops, process mapping, and conducting gap analyses.
• Proven track record in managing stakeholders within a complex stakeholder environment.
• Adaptability to comprehend and address user needs in a swiftly evolving business setting.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• Display of tact and diplomacy when engaging with stakeholders.

Desirable Skills:

• Prior involvement with data migrations.
• Previous hands-on experience with upgrade projects involving systems and technical infrastructure.
• Familiarity with integrated systems.
• Knowledge of legal sector norms and software systems or understanding of insurance sector business operations, software systems, or practices.
