We are actively looking to secure a Senior Business Analyst to join Experis.

Role Purpose

Manage and execute analysis activity for one or more projects, programmes, or value streams within Cybersecurity service management function.

Principal Accountabilities

• Provide administrative support to service management function leadership by producing senior executive reports, presentations, manage minutes/actions, maintainance of plans, chasing/admin support.
• Capturing, analysing and documenting end to end Cybersecurity services. E.g. creation of epics and writing of user stories and managing the product backlogs.
• Gathering, translating, and clarifying business requirements and defining design options.
• Assisting with the translation of business requirements and designs into more detailed functional requirements.
• Evaluates relative costs, benefits, and obstacles of potential solutions before making solution design recommendations.
• Brings structure and order to undefined problems and/or large-scale problems, using a data-led approach and making them easier to address and solve.
• Responsible to build and maintain project plans, risks, and dependencies in relation to solutions delivery.
• Responsible to lead the facilitation of working groups and manage meetings to forge consensus amongst stakeholders across multiple workstreams / SME areas.
• Participating in change management activities which can include tasks such as planning, tracking progress to stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborating in change interventions such as training and communication.
• Responsible for ensuring that the relevant artefacts for all assigned work are completed and submitted through appropriate leadership, design and/or change governance tollgates.

• Assume ownership for deliverables and manage individual and sometimes team utilization to ensure that deliverables are met in a timely manner to the right quality

• Responsible for developing relationships with all stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives and deliverables
• Responsible for working on key projects and issues with stakeholders, IT teams from initiation to implementation
• Responsible for developing effective relationships with other business functions aligning to / driving internal best practice

Role Dimensions

• The role holder will be responsible for managing the business analysis and design of the services and processes.
• Additionally, the role engages with the; Service Owners and relevant Programme Team, and their respective Subject Matter Experts; IT Leads; and Operations Team Leaders.
• Governance and participant of the Design Authority, and Project Governance Meetings

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

• Experienced Business Analyst with attention to detail and produces quality output first time
• Experience within Change Governance in major transformation programme
• Self-starter able to work off own initiate to drive actions forwards
• Strong facilitation skills particularly the proven ability to manage meetings and forge consensus amongst stakeholders across multiple workstreams / SME areas
• Strategic thinking supported by strong business analysis skills to develop robust solutions that are fully documented to the quality standards expected
• Be goal oriented. You need to have a clear view of the end result that your work is has.
• Excellent eye for detail and a proven ability to think through and clearly articulate complex issues
• Ability to plan out the required deliverables and deliver against agreed timelines often at pace
• Good communication, interpersonal and client facing skills
• Both a teamwork approach and self-motivated self-sufficiency
