Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, an established Cyber Security Training business in their search for a Business Development Manager to focus on sales success in the Nordics to work in a hybrid role from their offices in Swansea.

For the successful Business Development Manager our client is offering:

  1. Salary up to £50,000 + OTE of £20,000
  2. Monday to Friday 8.30 – 1700
  3. Permanent

The role – Business Development Manager:

  1. Responsible for the sales and business development of the training product portfolio across Finland
  2. Conduct face to face meetings with prospective customers
  3. Developing existing client relationships whilst identifying and pursuing new customer opportunities from prospect to partner
  4. Responsible for the management of all customers including 3rd party, resellers and global customers
  5. Monitor payment of customer invoices ensuring outstanding invoices and debts are settled in a timely manner

What our client is looking for in a Business Development Manager

  1. Experience working in a business development role – new business and account management – ESSENTIAL
  2. Exposure selling into EMEA / Nordics / Europe – DESIREABLE
  3. Proven success developing accounts with a sales strategy – ESSENTIAL
  4. Experience selling training products, programmes, projects and/or Cyber Security – EDESIREABLE
