Position Title: Business Support Officer (Maternity Cover 12 months)

Reports To: Operations Manager

Location: Milton Keynes, Hybrid remote/office working

Hours: Full time or part-time, Mon – Fri – flexible approach to remote working but around Salary: Range 25K – 30K depending on experience

Role specification:

We are seeking a resilient, adaptable, tenacious, high emotional intelligence, and natural problem-solver to join our Operations Team. You should be an effective communicator both in your written and spoken work and be able to manage multiple strands of work at once.

Role Overview:

As a Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the executive team with administrative tasks and assisting the Operations team and wider business with project support tasks.

Duties include:

• Provide diary coordination for the executive team.
• Minute Board meetings and Management review meetings.
• Coordinate all recruitment activity.
• Support the Director of Finance and Operations with business information reporting.
• Coordinate and organise board and management meetings.
• Book flights, hotels, and coordinate administration for international travel.
• Coordinate CYSIAM events as required.
• Respond to ad-hoc tasking from the executive team.Manage all facilities administration.All duties will be performed with the support of the Operations Manager, working within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Min of 2 years’ experience as a business administrator.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using MS365 suite of tools.
• Ability to manage multiple project tasks and meet deadlines.
• Natural problem solver.

PLEASE NOTE: This role requires the successful candidate to be eligible to obtain and maintain a level of UK security clearance.
