Title: Business Systems Analyst

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Bruhan IT, part of ARO.
This position is a Customer facing role where you will work closely with clients ensuring business & IT systems run smoothly. You will be responsible for creating and managing accounts and permissions for client systems, running queries and building reports within multiple applications, mainly PowerBI.
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will provide support for all client applications and manage projects for any changes/updates to current systems or implementation of new functionality/applications. As a part of this you will provide induction/overview training to users as and when required.
You will support Support the IT Applications support personnel on a weekly basis
This role will form and run user application forums, Complete high level overview documentation for core business systems and review and create project plans for all 2023 projects.
What you’ll do
General user account management.
Aid in the learning and development of the IT Applications Support Personnel
Document processes
Understanding and interpreting client data, generating clear output with PowerBI and other reporting tools
Work with other team members to ensure that business system user guides are maintained
Ensure accurate time reporting for business systems team
Participate when required in focus group/steering committees
Work with 3rd parties ensuring service levels are constantly meeting client needs
To understand and determine system needs via consultation, process analysis and observation
Act as project manager to develop and configure customised solutions
Inspire, lead and guide other Application Specialists
Use technical expertise to create documentation, reports and workflows
Integrate solutions with wider business systems
Help maintain and improve existing solutions and systems
Understand the wider possibilities of technology and bring new ideas to reality.
Requirements
What we’re looking for
Essential
A full driving license and access to your own vehicle
Experience and knowledge of ERP systems at high volume
Relational data, reporting, data manipulation and BI experience
Strong analytical, problem solving and process analysis skills
Excellent oral and written communicator, able to talk to technical and non-technical colleagues and clients
Excellent working knowledge of basic project management methodologies
Self-driven, confident to lead and to listen to others
Manage and track multiple projects across teams and third parties. Foundation level understanding of UAT & SIT
Good general understanding of Power Automation
Desirable
Previous experience in a comparable industry
Proficient in Office 365 core applications
Capable of delivering high level of accuracy, time and time again
Experience in an end user focused position or be able to demonstrate understanding from an end user prospective
Ability to manage their own time to deliver the results required
Qualified Prince 2 practitioner
Working knowledge of SAP Business One and/or Microsoft Dynamics
Proven track record of delivery result in a multi-client environment.
