Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Fully Remote in the UK with some travel.
An experienced CFO has the opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing organization at the forefront of cyber security and cloud services dedicated to serving the Public sector with a focus on National Security and Defence clients. We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy, ensuring sustained profitability, effective resource allocation, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and execute the company’s financial strategy for profit generation and optimal cash management.
• Provide meticulous oversight of finance, accounting, and related operations to maintain fiscal discipline.
• Monitor and maintain financial health, ensuring surplus cash is strategically reinvested or withdrawn as per organizational goals.
• Play a pivotal role in overseeing and securing new investments to support the organization’s expansion.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role in a growing startup or small organisation.
• Background in organisations delivering to the Public sector is advantageous.
• Expertise in financial strategy development and execution.
• Strong understanding of cyber security and cloud services industry trends.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Professional financial accreditation (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
