Are you a seasoned legal professional seeking a flexible opportunity to utilize your expertise? We are currently seeking a Commercial Lawyer to join our clients dynamic legal team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth functioning of legal operations on a part-time basis, contributing your skills and knowledge to drive success.
Commercial Lawyer, Key Responsibilities:
Drafting contracts, using contract templates, free drafting, experience of redlining
Handle company secretarial tasks including data protection and cyber security
Handling of DSARs
Drafting DPIAs
Manage litigation processes and coordinate with external counsel
Collaborate with Senior leadership team and provide effective communications
Commercial Lawyer, Key Skills:
LLB Law or equivalent
Experience in the banking or professional services industry is preferrable
A proven track record in a similar position
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
