Cyber Operations Engineer M365 – Vulnerability IAM DLP 2 Days a month in the office

A Cyber Operations Engineer is required to join an insurance firm in Central London – we are looking for a hands on Cyber Security Engineer to improve our clients security tooling!

You’ll have a strong cyber security background, ideally supported by relevant professional qualifications. You will be experienced in working with different technical teams, including the cyber operations teams.

You’ll need good practical knowledge of technologies such as identity and access management IAM, DLP, remote working and cloud technologies. As well as an understanding of security operations, incident response and vulnerability management.

Personal skills include the ability to present complex or highly technical issues in simple and easy to understand formats. A natural ability to build strong relationships and an understanding of balancing security risk with business transformation. Able to provide own recommendations and be confident to present these to the current CISO.

You’ll need good practical knowledge in Microsoft technologies, how to manage and troubleshoot them. This includes but is not limited to windows desktop and server operating systems, M365 (primarily Defender & Intune), Active Directory (on-prem and azure based).

You’ll be working in a team of 8 within the security team – Hybrid (2 days a month in the office in central london)
