They are a forward-thinking, innovative organisation and would be a fantastic organisation to work with as they advance market-leading approaches to securing their hardware and software estates.Your new roleIn this role, you’ll conduct security assessments on new and existing products, advise on regulatory compliance, and implement security solutions. By identifying risks and shaping safety standards, you’ll help ensure the companies medical devices improve outcomes for the patients who rely on them. The role requires a strong mix of skills through cyber best practice, familiarity with security frameworks (e.g. NIST, ISO/IEC 27001) and secure coding best practices. This is an exciting opportunity that really suits someone technical and has aspirations of working in the Operational Technology (OT) field.What you’ll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, you need to have 2 to 3 years experience working within Cyber Security and have a cyber related qualification. Along with cyber skills and experience, this role is not totally focussed on technical cyber skills, but also skills in security assessments, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing. As this role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, designing and implementing security measures for new and existing medical devices, this job suits someone who is a great communicator and is willing to work in a highly collaborative environment.Other requirements of the role are:Enhancing Security and Compliance
