ITS Technology (part of the ITS Group) are working with a leading cyber security services provider, who are looking to expand their technical delivery team.

Our customer services both the public and private sectors; alongside the defence and security arenas.

Due to recent success and growth, they are looking to hire a Security Consultant, to deiliver on an array of customer engagements from pen testing, through to cyber security auditing & awarness training.

Role focus:

• Ensure and assure the secure operation of service solutions, factoring in specialised customer security requirements.
• Advising clients on best security approaches
• Consult on solutions and services tailored to a deep understanding of the client’s needs.
• Help to guide and influence clients through their security issues to practical consultative solutions.
• Initiate, lead and direct the implementation of an Information Security Management System (ISO27001).
• Management of Information Risk; translating risks and providing expert advice to the business to aid risk reduction.
• Responsible for coaching and mentoring of team members on security best practice.

Ideal experience:

• Experience within an IA/Cyber security role within a Defence or Government environment.
• NCSC Certified Cyber Professional (CCP).
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor and/or Implementer.
• COMPTIA Security+.
• US CERT Insider Threat certifications.
• CHECK penetration tester.
• Certified Cyber Essentials Plus Assessor.
