We have an exciting new opportunity for a Cyber Security Project Manager to Join Resource Solutions as a Workforce Consultant. As an Employed Workforce Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Resource Solutions and will be deployed on an interim or project basis into our clients’ organisations, in return we will provide you with an opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional accreditations!

Skills & experience requirements:
Project Management skills, specifically expertise and evident experience in Cyber Security
Experience implementing OWASP DSOMM & SAMM maturity improvements with agile teams
Experience working to implement security processes based around SAST, DAST and pen testing
Strong experience of the basics of project management, specifically planning, budgeting, risk management, impediment removal
Experience working in an agile environment with persistent product/platform teams who build & run their applications (based on Salesforce, React, Azure among others, and 3rd party providers)
Experience working with centralised InfoSec policy teams and translating those policies into practical plans with product & platform teams
Excellent, clear spoken and written communication skills
Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills, up to MD level
