As the Cyber Security Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a talented team of cyber security experts. You will lead by example, driving best practices and ensuring our clients’ systems are secure. Your role will involve:
Overseeing the daily operations of the cyber security team
Developing and implementing security policies, protocols, and procedures
Conducting regular security audits and risk assessments
Responding to and managing security incidents and breaches
Collaborating with other departments to ensure comprehensive security measures
Keeping abreast of the latest security trends and technologies
Training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
Proven experience as a cyber security professional, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
In-depth knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, NIST)
Strong understanding of network security, encryption, firewalls, and threat detection
Experience with NGFW
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar are highly desirable
