What you will be doing

1. Service Management:

   • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity experts, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-caliber security services. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on continuous improvement.
   • Technology Implementation: Drive the implementation and management of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions and technologies, staying abreast of industry trends to keep our services at the forefront of innovation.
   • Performance Metrics: Develop and uphold service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge and enhance the efficiency of our cybersecurity services. Regularly assess team performance against these metrics, implementing improvements as necessary.

2. Client Engagement:

   • Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for MSP clients regarding cybersecurity services, fostering strong relationships, and proactively understanding their unique security needs. Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and solution-oriented approaches.
   • Consultative Approach: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, providing expert advice on cybersecurity strategies and solutions that align with their goals.

3. Security Strategy:

   • Policy Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of cybersecurity policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Implement best practices to safeguard client systems and data.
   • Incident Response: Oversee and coordinate incident response activities, working closely with internal teams and clients to mitigate and remediate cybersecurity incidents promptly.

What you will need

• 2+ years in a Security Manager or Service Manager position
• Understanding of ITIL
• Understanding of SIEM tools / Security controls
• Experiencing managing service risk and issues
