CK Group are recruiting for a Deskside Support Lead to join a company in the animal health and pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Hook for 2 days per week, with the rest as remote working. This is a contract role for 12 months initially, with the possibility of further extension.Salary:From £25.00 per hour to £32.00 per hour PAYE depending upon experience Deskside Support Lead Role:
Identify opportunities to streamline or improve current portfolio processes
Provide technical support for escalated issues from the desktop team.
Assess and develop IT team skills and ensure consistency in training and technical support across all offices
Facilitate meetings with each region’s Desk Side Support (DSS) team to ensure standard approach to operations management.
Define training & associated materials to optimise onboarding of new DSS engineers.
Your Background:
Experience with ServiceNow
Awareness of cybersecurity practices and their contribution to maintaining cyber hygiene
Excellent leadership skills with proven ability to mentor and lead a team effectively, delegate tasks efficiently and manage a team’s workload.
Demonstrated ability to proactively identify issues and either resolve or escalate to the appropriate level for resolution.
Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
