Are you an Engineering Technical Lead with multidisciplinary skills across software, hardware or systems engineering?
This is an excellent opportunity for an Engineering Technical Lead to join a rapidly growing Cyber Security business in Chippenham.
It would suit someone from a technical background who has moved into a prinicipal / lead / managerial role, with strong knowledge of either hardware, software and systems engineering. Ideally you will also have a product development background, with experience in helping to bring technical products to market.
The role will focus across both people and technical management, and can still remain hands-on:
Technical management, including:
Leading design and development of new projects
Planning, estimating and executing projects
Keeping abreast of new technologies
People management, including:
Line managing a team of engineers
Reviews, appraisals and one-2ones
