Your new role: Frontend Developer 12 months Fixed Term Contract
My client’s Agile Application Development team comprises multiple sub-teams working collaboratively to maintain and enhance the organization’s information systems and infrastructure. These sub-teams include IT Applications, IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity, IT Services, and IT Portfolio and Project Management. Given the diverse nature of the role, I seek an individual with a flexible approach, capable of adapting to various tasks and projects.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Experience with UI/UX design either producing own designs or following a specification as required
• Good knowledge of Visual Studio (latest version)/VS Code
• Excellent Knowledge of standards for web development such as HTML5 & modern CSS / SASS
• Excellent Knowledge of frontend development technologies JavaScript/jQuery / TypeScript
• Excellent Knowledge of UI frameworks such as Vue / Angular
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and unit testing with Vitest / Jest
• Knowledge of Azure Pipelines CI/CD tools

Additionally:

• Ability to rollout solutions that are well tested and meet the needs of the end users
• Can work with other members of staff when additional resource is required on projects
• Awareness of ISO27001 would be an advantage
